European Funds Department – workshops devoted to co-financing of projects in the field of renewable energy applications

At the end of October in the Department of European Funds of the UMWM in Krakow, a meeting was held to open a series of workshops devoted to co-financing of projects in the field of renewable energy sources. The workshop participants were Project leaders selected for funding under the ROP WM for 2014-2020 – Measure 4.1 Increasing the use of renewable energy sources, Sub-measure 4.1.1 – Development of infrastructure for energy production from renewable sources.

The subject of the workshop included the preparation of the specifics of the essential terms of procurement for hot utility water systems (domestic hot water pumps and solar collectors), central heating systems for buildings (heat pumps and biomass boilers) and systems for obtaining electricity (photovoltaic panels).

The workshops were led by specialists from the Center for Sustainable Development and Energy Saving Energy “Miękinia”, the Polish Organization for the Development and Technology of Heat Pumps (PORT PC) and the Photovoltaic Industry Association.

On November 9, another meeting was held at the Home Army Museum in Krakow, dedicated to the installation of heat pumps and solar collectors.

The workshops are organized as part of the LIFE integrated project “Implementation of the Air Protection Program for the Lesser Poland Voivodeship – Lesser Poland in a healthy atmosphere”.
